      Our Two-Point Locking system is the right choice for elegance on budget yet locking the window securely and tightly. Mostly used on light commercial and residential windows, this system secures the locking within the window, thereby sealing the window much better than the conventional outside locking. With a wide range of handle options to choose from, this system is the most preferred and gives the customer true value for money.

      Commonly known as cockspur handles, they are designed eleganty to beat the conventional types. Commonly used on residential side-hung & top-hung windows / ventilators. These handles are simple to install and easy to maintain.

  • Friction Stays
    • Residential / Light Commercial Windows
      Creating a window which offers a high degree of safety, without compromising on security, performance or the need to escape quickly in the event of a fire, is therefore a challenge to specifiers. Our well-designed "Defender" friction stays manufactured from austentic stainless steel offer a relatively lower whole life cost, requiring significantly less maintenance over its design life. The unique asymmetrical end cap ensures un-rivalled weather sealing and prevents damage to the weather leg during the window operation. Its patented design of the lipped plastic slider does not allow metal to metal contact within the friction stay, thus giving the product a longer life span. Defender friction stays are self-balancing and are tested to 30,000 operating cycles which are equivalent to 100 years of heavy usage. All friction stays are testd to 500 hours of salt spray to sustain exposure to very corrosive atmospheres. With a wide range of options to choose from including stays for child-safety, fire exit windows etc, they are guaranteed for 12 years.
