Assistant Manager (After Sales & Service)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Installation and assessment of machinery.
• Visting client locations (can be remote) to resolve complaints or perform maintenance of machinery.
• Generating machine leads within the market. Generate revenue through new AMC’s/spare parts/warranty service/programming sold and installation percentage.
• Working on multiple projects within a short period of time.
• Completing the Warranty/Post-Warranty/AMC – Service & Installation Service within the stipulated timelines.
• Working with detailed diagrams, plans and drawings;
• Using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the systems required for the project.
• Attending a range of project group and technical meetings.
• Handle the queries of clients.

Education and/or Work Experience or skills Requirements:

Education required:

  1. Tech with 3- 7 years experience.
