Schirmer’s ALU-BAZ COMPOSITE is a compact cutting and processing centre that stands for high performance where speed and precision are concerned. It was designed especially for processing aluminium profiles in a manner that gently handles their surfaces. A flexible workpiece support with NC-controlled clamping technology is integrated. The core of the ALU-BAZ COMPOSITE is a ring module with 6 processing units (O module) that cover all machining processes. The sawing station is separate from the processing station and can be designed with a contour processing station and tool changer, if desired. Different processing steps can take place at the same time.
